Rewrite all ControlUP scripts for Citrix DaaS
Hello,
We have recently implemented ControlUP and noticed that the existing Citrix scripts appear to be designed specifically for on-premises DDC and not for Citrix DaaS.
Please rewrite all ControlUP scripts for Citrix DaaS and please integrate the API key from the console into scripts.

User Input delay in long-term analysis report "Session Activity"
User Input Delay is displayed in the real-time console. Unfortunately, this important metric is not included in the long-term analysis "Session Activity."
Since the metric is generally already recorded by the agent, it should only be selectable in the long-term analysis.
Background: User Input Delay is an extremely important metric for evaluating the end-user experience.

Ability to schedule emailed reports from web console
It would be great to be able to schedule a weekly email of reports such as patching status, installed applications and more of the built in reports even to keep an eye on these remote devices without having to log into the portal and pull a report manually every time.

Allow ControlUP Powershell cmdlets to be used remotely
Currently you can only run ControlUP Powershell cmdlets on the monitors to request / export data with f.e. Invoke-CUQuery. It would be great if this is also possible remotely via Invoke-Command or PsSession

Cisco WebEx integration for U&C Monitoring
Currently Microsoft Teams and Zoom is supported. But it still lacks Cisco WebEx which is used by a lot of large organizations.

VPro capabilities for EdgeDX
We previously used Bomgar as our primary method of remote support and it had the capability to leverage the vPro technology in vPro enabled laptops and desktops in order to provide remote access even when the laptop was need bios level support. It would be nice to be able to have that capability within ControlUp.

Allow file downloads greater than 100MB
File downloads via Edge DX remote control are limited to 100MB. This can be challenging when pulling some larger logging and debug files. Please increase this limit.

Have scoutbees to retry faster after a failure to confirm system is down.
For example, my scout is configured to test every 15 minutes, but it happens that it failed twice in a row but without having the system down. So, If I configure an alert after 3 failed attempts, that mean if the system goes down for real, it will take at least 45-60 min before we know that the system is really down. That would be nice to be able to configure a faster trigger of the test when it failed. Session timeout
Get the possibility to update the session timeout within the agent. So that if you have a server open with the agent you can keep an eye on this all day.

Further granular controls on DEX score profiles
Further granular control over DEX score profiles at the application event level. IE, in the case of app freezes, being able to isolate a particular type of freeze by either a variable or a string/regex match, without suppressing other freeze types for that application.
Either the ability to fine tune to this level, or add an exclusion feature (weigh these, exclude those) to the profile area.
In the Settings > Products > Employees > Profiles area, I see that I can add a profile and select an app and I can weigh for example crashes. This effects all crash behavior,…

Increase the amount of network latency tests configurable within DEX & add variable control
We currently have the default 8.8.8.8 (google dns) ping/trace route latency test configured within DEX for remote devices but would like to add additional tests for our regional Citrix gateways, however there is a hard limit of 3 locations and the setting is global.
We'd like to request the limit be increased, whilst we've no set preference a good number would be 10.
In addition, it would be much more user friendly for these tests to be configurable based on rulesets so that we can configure machines in New York to ping/trace route to the New York gateways (2-4x) and…

Support RemoteDX for Igels on AVD
The RemoteDX plugin for Igels on AVD is missing. This is available for Citrix or Omnissa. Unfortunately, for AVD, it's still only available for Windows, Stratodesk, and Dell.
Since Igels are the most commonly used operating system, it would be great if you could also provide the important RemoteDX plugin for AVD.

detailed information regarding disconnected citrix sessions
It would be really handy to be able to identify the sessions that are disconnected when we see a massive jump in disconnected sessions on the session count report. included in that would be the ability to have session data, time of disconnect, time of session re-connect, site/location/branch data available. It helps to troubleshoot if it's a server/network/link/complete sev 1 issue. The data is there if you drill into each users' individual session, you can see their timeline and when their session was active/idle/disconnected so being able to see that info across the user community would be a massive help.…

Right now there is no remediation for Notepad++ software. It would be great if Notepad++ could be pathed by Secure DX.
