User Input delay in long-term analysis report "Session Activity"
User Input Delay is displayed in the real-time console. Unfortunately, this important metric is not included in the long-term analysis "Session Activity."
Since the metric is generally already recorded by the agent, it should only be selectable in the long-term analysis.
Background: User Input Delay is an extremely important metric for evaluating the end-user experience.

Support RemoteDX for Igels on AVD
The RemoteDX plugin for Igels on AVD is missing. This is available for Citrix or Omnissa. Unfortunately, for AVD, it's still only available for Windows, Stratodesk, and Dell.
Since Igels are the most commonly used operating system, it would be great if you could also provide the important RemoteDX plugin for AVD.

Support a scalable method to upgrade all Custom Hives without specifying each Hive name
The current upgrade workflow for Synthetic Monitoring Custom Hives requires providing the Hive name on every upgrade, which forces organizations to build separate deployments for each Hive. This is not workable for enterprise environments with many Hives that rely on automated deployment tools. We need a supported method to upgrade all Hives at scale in one deployment without hard coding individual Hive names. This would bring the Hive upgrade process in line with standard enterprise software distribution practices and remove significant operational overhead.

Allow URL classification mode to anonymize non-business domains while still collecting all domains in a restricted index
We would like the ability to use the option that says only selected URL domains are named and classed as Business while all others are anonymized as Non Business, and still have ControlUp collect all URL domains in a secure index that only specific users or roles can view.
Today, when the option is enabled, ControlUp stops collecting all URL domains and only keeps the ones already marked as Business. This prevents us from discovering new domains to add to the Business list. The request is to continue collecting every domain in the background but limit visibility to authorized users.…

Have scoutbees to retry faster after a failure to confirm system is down.
For example, my scout is configured to test every 15 minutes, but it happens that it failed twice in a row but without having the system down. So, If I configure an alert after 3 failed attempts, that mean if the system goes down for real, it will take at least 45-60 min before we know that the system is really down. That would be nice to be able to configure a faster trigger of the test when it failed. Metric for (possibly dynamically changing) PageFile size
Hello, in ControlUp Console there is no metric for the Windows PageFile size The only relevant entry which I can find in the list is “Paging File”, but that metric is only showing the percentage of usage, but not the size of the paging file.
Especially because an OS PageFile is even dynamically resized by the OS during runtime, it would be very useful if the size itself would als be available as a metric, juat the same ways as with the (much more static) values of RAM / DiskSize etc, which are available as metrics.

Citrix MCSIO metrics (similar to PVS metrics you already have implemented)

You have Citrix PVS metrics implemented since years, but not the newer Citrix MCSIO metrics.
As MCS is the more modern and widely used mathod meanwhile, can you also add the MCSIO metrics similar to the old PVS metrics?This would surely help a lot of customers, thank you!

Ability to format/customize Daily Digest email
It would be great if we have the ability to customize and format the Daily Digest email from Scoutbees.
Currently the scouts are not arranged in preferred order and certain more important ones fell to the bottom of the email and be easily missed

Currently Microsoft Teams and Zoom is supported. But it still lacks Cisco WebEx which is used by a lot of large organizations.

Ability to schedule emailed reports from web console
It would be great to be able to schedule a weekly email of reports such as patching status, installed applications and more of the built in reports even to keep an eye on these remote devices without having to log into the portal and pull a report manually every time.

detailed information regarding disconnected citrix sessions
It would be really handy to be able to identify the sessions that are disconnected when we see a massive jump in disconnected sessions on the session count report. included in that would be the ability to have session data, time of disconnect, time of session re-connect, site/location/branch data available. It helps to troubleshoot if it's a server/network/link/complete sev 1 issue. The data is there if you drill into each users' individual session, you can see their timeline and when their session was active/idle/disconnected so being able to see that info across the user community would be a massive help.…

Allow ControlUP Powershell cmdlets to be used remotely
Currently you can only run ControlUP Powershell cmdlets on the monitors to request / export data with f.e. Invoke-CUQuery. It would be great if this is also possible remotely via Invoke-Command or PsSession

Add a script output to the enrich plugin when running actions
Let's say you ran an action (script) but since there is no output, you don't know when it finished, if it finished successfully etc. That means that you won't know exactly when to tell the user to for example "try again". Aside from that there are Actions (script) I have created that it's only purpose is to provide on the fly information like browser plugins or space consumed in user profiles.
The DEX component has device events and the VDI component has the popup window. The enrich plugin could leverage one of these two options to get the output.
