User Input delay in long-term analysis report "Session Activity"
User Input Delay is displayed in the real-time console. Unfortunately, this important metric is not included in the long-term analysis "Session Activity."
Since the metric is generally already recorded by the agent, it should only be selectable in the long-term analysis.
Background: User Input Delay is an extremely important metric for evaluating the end-user experience.

Create Alert in ControlUp DX for High Latency in Windows 365 Regions
Implement an alert in ControlUp DX that triggers when a defined percentage of users connecting to any Windows 365 region experience high latency.
ControlUp DX to monitor latency across Windows 365 regions and alert when a threshold percentage of users experience high latency.
Acceptance Criteria:
Threshold Configuration:
Ability to define the latency threshold (e.g., >200ms).
Ability to set the percentage of impacted users (e.g., 10%, 20%).
Alert Trigger:
Alert should trigger when the defined percentage of users in a region exceeds the latency threshold for a configurable duration (e.g., 5 minutes).
Notification:
Alert should send notifications via email and integrate…

detailed information regarding disconnected citrix sessions
It would be really handy to be able to identify the sessions that are disconnected when we see a massive jump in disconnected sessions on the session count report. included in that would be the ability to have session data, time of disconnect, time of session re-connect, site/location/branch data available. It helps to troubleshoot if it's a server/network/link/complete sev 1 issue. The data is there if you drill into each users' individual session, you can see their timeline and when their session was active/idle/disconnected so being able to see that info across the user community would be a massive help.…

Add a script output to the enrich plugin when running actions
Let's say you ran an action (script) but since there is no output, you don't know when it finished, if it finished successfully etc. That means that you won't know exactly when to tell the user to for example "try again". Aside from that there are Actions (script) I have created that it's only purpose is to provide on the fly information like browser plugins or space consumed in user profiles.
The DEX component has device events and the VDI component has the popup window. The enrich plugin could leverage one of these two options to get the output.

export disconnected session data
It would be really handy to be able to draw historical data of session disconnects for Citrix environments. So if there was a massive jump in disconnected sessions very suddenly, we can see the graph in Session Count report, but it would be good to know which sessions were affected so we can understand were all affected users on a particular Delivery Group or geographical site etc etc. It would also narrow down the Root Cause. If the system knows the sessions went disconnected, it would be handy to know which they were.

Saving report presets to be reused later
Back when we had Insights, we could save report that we had made, with the settings we had selected. Like what servers we wanted to look at, what applications we wanted data of etc.
For instance a Machine Trends report, where x machines are predefined in it. So you can see that data you want faster, without having to customize the reports again. In larger organizations this will help speeding up the data of the reports that are most valuable to you, and not just the bare bone ones in DEX.

Request to increase displayed results
In sections such as Devices\Reports and Scoutbees, only 10 results are displayed, even though the total number of results is a multiple of this amount. Users within Dex do not expect multiple pages, as only a fraction of the total results is shown, leading them to believe there are no more than 10 results. This expectation is logical, as other interfaces (outside of ControlUp) always display results to fill the screen, and only introduce pagination when there are more results than can be shown on a single page.
Therefore, we kindly request that the number of results displayed be increased…2 votesYour feedback is so important to us and we really appreciate your taking the time to send us a submission. Dashboard
Dashboard for monitoring the cluster hosts’ CPU metrics. Currently, it displays data for a maximum of 2 minutes, and we would like to extend this time frame to allow for more comprehensive analysis.

Add the option to see "System Sessions" in DEX like you do in the RealTime Console.
Add the option to see "System Sessions" in DEX like you do in the RealTime Console. If the web version is the future for troubleshooting issues, I need to be able to see "System Sessions"
