Dashboard
Dashboard for monitoring the cluster hosts’ CPU metrics. Currently, it displays data for a maximum of 2 minutes, and we would like to extend this time frame to allow for more comprehensive analysis.

Overview of "Exclude from ControlUp Monitor" Setting
Whenever you're working on a system that is being monitored by ControlUp, you don't want to generate any alarms (planned maintenance). To do that you can set the "Exclude from ControlUp Monitor" Setting to "Yes" in the objects or folders properties.
There is always a risk of human error, where one forgets to set the setting back to "No" or "Inherit", leaving the system unmonitored even after the planned maintenance is over.
A view, icon or even report that shows what the setting is currently set to, could help immensely in avoiding such situations.
One could periodically check that all…

Report flat hostname (not FQDN) for non-AD-joined Windows endpoints
On non-domain-joined Windows endpoints, the Edge DX agent reports
the hostname with the NetBIOS workgroup name appended as a suffix
(e.g. <hostname>.<workgroup>). This occurs even when the OS itself
is clean: Primary DNS Suffix empty, DhcpDomain unrelated, no GPO
appending a suffix. The agent appears to fall back to the workgroup
name when no AD domain is present, and the suffix is not limited to
the default "WORKGROUP" — any configured workgroup name is appended.Business impact
Third-party integrations that match assets by flat hostname —
Intune, Freshdesk, and similar ITSM / MDM platforms — cannot

Allow file downloads greater than 100MB
File downloads via Edge DX remote control are limited to 100MB. This can be challenging when pulling some larger logging and debug files. Please increase this limit.

Allow option to select specific monitors to view with the Remote DX agent
Currently with Edge DX IT technicians can choose which specific monitor they'd like to view. With Remote DX technicians are forced to view a fully spanned view of all monitors and zoom into the monitor they want to focus on. This feature is typically finnicky hindering performance time for IT technicians using Remote DX.

Create Alert in ControlUp DX for High Latency in Windows 365 Regions
Implement an alert in ControlUp DX that triggers when a defined percentage of users connecting to any Windows 365 region experience high latency.
ControlUp DX to monitor latency across Windows 365 regions and alert when a threshold percentage of users experience high latency.
Acceptance Criteria:
Threshold Configuration:
Ability to define the latency threshold (e.g., >200ms).
Ability to set the percentage of impacted users (e.g., 10%, 20%).
Alert Trigger:
Alert should trigger when the defined percentage of users in a region exceeds the latency threshold for a configurable duration (e.g., 5 minutes).
Notification:
Alert should send notifications via email and integrate…

Integration with Intel ICA
Intel are talking to DEX vendors to allow additional information to be collected from ICA (Intel Connectivity Analytics). This would allow information such as identifying driver and hardware issues, problems with roaming, coverage holes, and discovering APs that are not functioning as required

export disconnected session data
It would be really handy to be able to draw historical data of session disconnects for Citrix environments. So if there was a massive jump in disconnected sessions very suddenly, we can see the graph in Session Count report, but it would be good to know which sessions were affected so we can understand were all affected users on a particular Delivery Group or geographical site etc etc. It would also narrow down the Root Cause. If the system knows the sessions went disconnected, it would be handy to know which they were.

Filter idle processes
When reporting on Application Trends for VDI & DaaS, applications with several idle/zombie processes throw off the trends for CPU which shows the overall CPU flatlined at 0%. If there is a way to filter all of the 0% idle or zombie processes that bring the overall average down, this would help with finding usage patterns over time.

Request to increase displayed results
In sections such as Devices\Reports and Scoutbees, only 10 results are displayed, even though the total number of results is a multiple of this amount. Users within Dex do not expect multiple pages, as only a fraction of the total results is shown, leading them to believe there are no more than 10 results. This expectation is logical, as other interfaces (outside of ControlUp) always display results to fill the screen, and only introduce pagination when there are more results than can be shown on a single page.
Therefore, we kindly request that the number of results displayed be increased…2 votesYour feedback is so important to us and we really appreciate your taking the time to send us a submission. Allow user to set entire install path during agent install.
Requesting that the agent installer be changed to allow the user to set the entire install path during the install. Allowing the path to specified during remote install from the console would be helpful as well. Many environments deploy Windows local firewall rules using path based exceptions. Changing the path every time an upgrade is done forces them to create new firewall exceptions.

Containerize the Synthetic Testing Agent
Containerize the Synthetic Testing agent into a Docker Image.
This way it will be easier to run it with standard orchestrators (Kubernetes, AKS etc.)Some of the benefits:
- Offloading the service management to DevOps/NOC teams.
- Cutting the expenses by reducing resource allocation.
- Centralized logging.
- Service status monitoring.
- Version upgrading and reverting automation.

Customize the date format for Automated Reports
The date format for reports is currently D/M/YEAR. This is confusing to some people who are expecting M/D/YEAR. Can we have the option to customize the date format?

Add the ability to use string transforms on dashboards
Within the DEX Dashboards, you're able to perform mathematical transforms on widget properties, but there are scenarios where you might want to do this on string objects.
For example, when we produce a widget that shows the users remote ISP name - for locations like Dubai they are all owned by UAE. This means for Du, it will appear as "Emirates Telecommunications Company PJSC" and for Etisalat it will appear as "Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC".
It's difficult to differentiate these two ISPs on the widgets, if we could apply a string based transform (could be like the IF/AND like…

Increase the amount of network latency tests configurable within DEX & add variable control
We currently have the default 8.8.8.8 (google dns) ping/trace route latency test configured within DEX for remote devices but would like to add additional tests for our regional Citrix gateways, however there is a hard limit of 3 locations and the setting is global.
We'd like to request the limit be increased, whilst we've no set preference a good number would be 10.
In addition, it would be much more user friendly for these tests to be configurable based on rulesets so that we can configure machines in New York to ping/trace route to the New York gateways (2-4x) and…
