Have scoutbees to retry faster after a failure to confirm system is down.
For example, my scout is configured to test every 15 minutes, but it happens that it failed twice in a row but without having the system down. So, If I configure an alert after 3 failed attempts, that mean if the system goes down for real, it will take at least 45-60 min before we know that the system is really down. That would be nice to be able to configure a faster trigger of the test when it failed. Like if it failed, have it retried after 2 minutes for a limited number of attempts like 5, and that even the Scout is configured to test every 15 minutes.
