Quick path to remote control for non IT users
Provide an alternate path straight to remote control for users who we do not wish to show metric data, and only use ControlUP for attended or unattended remote control of specific machines.
We have clinical users who want to monitor their own machines in various states, or be able to conduct studies remotely using a computer that must be in the room with a patient. We want to give them access to do this without confusing them with all the metrics and clicks to get to the remote control functionality.
Create an API path for custom solutions, a browser plugin or something that will give limited and quick access for these users.
