    Halo PSA/ITSM Integration. We would love to be able to leverage Halo ITSM/PSA integration natively and work through this. XenTegra is open to development of this if needed but need to plan out project accordingly.

  2. Shared Mailbox

    Ability to use a Shared Mailbox address as a SendAs from Workflows. Today it seems you can only use the primary user account when you connect the Outlook integration in Workflows. Would really like to see the ability to Send As a Shared Mailbox that I have full access to.

  3. Cisco WebEx integration for U&C Monitoring

    Currently Microsoft Teams and Zoom is supported. But it still lacks Cisco WebEx which is used by a lot of large organizations.

  4. Monitor HP Anware PCoIP

    HP acquired Teradici PCoIP and has integrated it into their desktop broker, HP Anyware Manager. In order for us to support the HP Anyware solution (currently in TP w/ Horizon and W365), we will need to take our existing support of PCoIP and adopt it to HP's requirements.

  5. ControlUp onprem version microsoft teams and Slack integration.

    ControlUp onprem version should integrate with microsoft teams or Slack. With this integration we can follow the warning, error or all notifications easy way.
