Citrix HDX Audio Traffic Visibility
Audio quality is one of the most critical components of the end-user experience in Citrix environments. However, ControlUp On-Premise currently provides limited visibility into HDX Audio traffic and UDP-based audio quality metrics.
Proposed Enhancement: Enable session-level monitoring and troubleshooting for:
• HDX Audio transport protocol (UDP/TCP)
• Audio latency
• Jitter
• Packet loss
• Detection of UDP to TCP fallback events
• Built-in diagnostic script/action for audio traffic analysis
