detailed information regarding disconnected citrix sessions
It would be really handy to be able to identify the sessions that are disconnected when we see a massive jump in disconnected sessions on the session count report. included in that would be the ability to have session data, time of disconnect, time of session re-connect, site/location/branch data available. It helps to troubleshoot if it's a server/network/link/complete sev 1 issue. The data is there if you drill into each users' individual session, you can see their timeline and when their session was active/idle/disconnected so being able to see that info across the user community would be a massive help. please contact me if you need any further information on this, but the issue witnessed that i'm referring to is in the attached image.
